Natural, non-natural and social disaster are the types of disasters that usually occur and destroy parts of Indonesia areas. Because of that Indonesia is labeled as the disaster laboratory, there are 13 kinds of disaster that happened in Indonesia that make Indonesia as the market of disasters. Maybe we ask to our self, what wrong with Indonesia that have to season that given by the creator that we should be able life in peace and happy, but in the reality, we life in fearness, like we where we should run to safe our self, who will help us, etc.

Aceh as the province the located in the west of Indonesia has tasted how bad the natural disaster and social disaster that the Acehnese still remember them . The social conflict is one of the social disaster that hurt the Achenese thausand times.

In 2004, there was grent disaster called the earequake and Tsunami that again hurt many Achenese, these are also make the people reliza that there is Aceh in the map of the world. The forest of Aceh become Kanopi Indonesia and luny of the world that there are 321 ton of carbon per year in 1 hectar that they are just like 1,1 billion rupiah. This fact is amazing, the question are why the Acehenese is still poor? Why there are a lot of natural disaster? Since has forest just like 7x5 as the Singapura (country).

Disaster and natural exsploitation that cause by the bad management of the natural resource will give a bad impact to all aspets in our life, for women as well. The last few years, Aceh usually gets some disaster and the are many of the women become the victim, Ironically, some facts and the organizing in grass root, proofed that many role of women, working, mantaining, organising the natural resource as the mitigation affort of the climate change. In the forest for example, the women in the grass root planted the tree for sustaning the source of the water, using the biodiversity based on the need not on base on what they like. But the effort to reduce disaster risk, the women in the grass root organize their own self, for instant the lesson learned from from previous generations and then practice and retell to their children, for example, one of the villages in Bener Beriah District, Aceh Province, when the water puddles are already in the back Burnitelong mt and then followed by cloudy water, and this is a sign of a crazy Water disaster. The crazy water its mean like the crazy water that goes down along with the big rocks spewed out by the backs of Burnitelong mt that cause natural disasters to happen.

And then, the disaster risk reduction programe from Gomeverment's still lacks consideration of the role and contribution of women's in which a strong patriarchal culture inherent in the community affects the policies making. The absence of women in structures such as Disaster Risk Reduction forums both at the District and Provincial levels has implications for the policy-making process. the Local knowledge and great eperience from women's in grassroots in natural resource management in Community-based disaster risk reduction is worth sharing with the public, thereby realizing a resilient community not just a figment of the program.

The involvement of womens in structure for the policies making should have the same space as men, the risk analysis role must adopts the contribution of women's, the experiences and local knowledge into both pre- and post-disaster development directions. the Women's is not only in the kitchen when disasters come but can be actively involved in the post-disaster building process.
