We're coaching our clients and there are some interesting stories
Today we had an appointment went a guy in a wheelchair.
He's an entrepreneur and fixes computers. We believe that he can change his life.
We went into the wheelchair ourselves to get a better perspective of his world in the gym.
We measured him on his body fat, wrote a diet plan, made pictures and explained a lot about cause and effect.
Important
We think that it's important to get a better understanding of how your own body and mind works.
When you know that you can create your own reality and sometimes that means asking for help or coaching.
Patients
This word is so important but often forgotten by the millenniums.
The instant gratification wires our brain in a way that isn't in line with the reality.
Kids and teenagers get a perspective of the world that isn't true.
This is a problem and causes problems with authorities because to climb the mountain of success takes time.
Often people think they deserve a reward too quick which leads to frustration and getting depressed.
