Probably obvious, but check the images below AND do you see a similar lack of debris? Check online images of the typical home fire remains. You will probably see brick, framework, etc. remaining. The images below gathered from Santa Rosa, CA and NYC WTC show no substantial framework and a similar flat profile of the debris field. Paper and Trees seem somewhat resistant to the destructive forces in Santa Rosa and NYC. I think the Santa Rosa Fire Marshall office should take a look.
