Roast Chicken Roll

Tonight's Dinner

We bought a roast chicken for lunch today, and yes we did have left overs which went in the fridge. Initial thinking was that it could be lunch tomorrow. However as dinner time approached no one was super hungry, so the suggestion was put forth for some Roast Chicken rolls.



Very easy to make, required ingredients, rolls, roast chicken, mayonnaise, lettuce and cheese are optional. Yes, I did put a little grated cheese in mine and I zapped mine in the microwave for 12 seconds. This was just enough to melt the cheese and warm the roll. Not everyone heated their rolls or had cheese, their loss.
