On tonight's menu was chicken schnitzel, carrots and beans. The schnitzel can be a bit bland so I usually add a sauce with it. The question of course is which sauce? Mayonnaise, plum, BBQ or something else? Given I do like a bit of spice I went with something else.
Any guesses as to which sauce I may have added? For those that suspected it had some chillies in it correct. I didn't want to over do it, so I didn't add a lot.
What would you have added in stead?

I had plenty of schnitzel when I visited Romania. It was pretty tasty, but would have definitely been much better with some Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce.
I definitely agree with that.
