Chicken Cheese Schnitzel
Dinner tonight was a chicken schnitzel with cheese in the schnitzel, I wasn't sure about it when I bought it, however the "plain" chicken schnitzel was sold out so no choice. After baking in the oven for about 20 minutes this is what it looked like when cut into.
Did it taste any good? Short answer, yes, it was very good. I also added the lemon and herb sauce from Nando's, didn't feel like the extra hot tonight. The lemon and herb was a good choice, yum, yum. Only one minor issue, I only had two schnitzels, more would have been better, not that I actually "needed " any more. :)
These pre-made stuffed chicken things are something I always have in my freezer. I love them, be it the "kiev's" of various flavours, or the stuffed schnitzels like you've got here. they make for great quick meals. I love these in a roll, with or without the cheese you'd normally put in a schnitzel roll
I also have a pack of the Kievs in the fridge, usually have one once a week.
