TURKISH LAMB PIRZOLA
Having some Turkish Lamb pirzola for dinner tonight!

Turkish lamb pirzola is simply classical – just lamb chops gracefully tossed with ground black pepper, vegetable oil, salt, lemon and lime juice then barbecued to satisfaction - and some refreshing n’ nutritious barbecued tomatoes and long green peppers that are packed with several good things to complement the pirzolas.

Ingredients:
- 6 Lamb chops
- Powdered black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 fresh lemon (juiced)
- 1 fresh lime (juiced)
- 2 fresh tomatoes (quartered)
- 6 long green peppers
Instructions:
- Wash and place the lamb chops on a clean bowl.
- Sprinkle and drizzle the ground black pepper, salt, vegetable oil, lime and lemon juice on both sides of the lamb chops.
- Allow the lamb chops to marinate for at least 25 minutes.
- Then skew the marinated lamb chops through skewers, place on a barbecue and allow to roast.
- Meanwhile roast the tomatoes and long green peppers alongside the lamb chops.
- Turn the lamb chops, green peppers and tomatoes intermittently over each sides to ensure that the both sides are thoroughly cooked.
- Once the lamb chops, tomatoes and long green peppers are properly cooked, bring them out from the fire and serve immediately warm.
