Conclusion to bean night
Around 5:30 pm, I tried my first taste of the pinto beans. They were only cooking on high for an hour and a half at that point. The beans were very grainy. Around 5:45 they were better. I shredded up some medium cheese then texted my husband to bring home some tortillas from Food City. By 5:57 (now) I am full. I don't think I'll eat the tortillas.
