Polish restaurant in Madrid

I had a chance to meet up the guys from coldbeetrootsoup a couple of years ago during a meeting in The Hague, and since then, I wanted to try it for myself. And last weekend we were in Madrid and whent for lunch in a Polish restaurant.

We ordered cold beetroot soup and warm beetroot soup with mushroom dumplings. As Dutch person, I prefer warm soups, and this one was truly delicious. It is very rich in spices and strong of taste. The coldbeetroot soup was a bit milder and softer of teast. It was okay, but i preferred the hot soup.
