si como lo leen el SEGWIT se activara el dia de hoy depues de que seresuelva el bloque número 481.824 en la blockchain de Bitcoin.
Lo mejor de la actualización es que: tendremos mayor velocidad en las transacciones y lo mejor de lo mejor es que el FEE bajara y una gran mejora para la escalabilidad. (esos de Coinbase y XAPO estan locos con las comisiones)
SegWit también está diseñado para prevenir la red contra ataques de maleabilidad de transacciones. En pocas palabras el sistema de BTC sera menos vulnerable a ataques para modificar el identificador de transacciones
