Why Kuwaiti Dinar is the Most Valuable Fiat Currency ?

in #dinar6 years ago

Kuwaiti Dinar is the most expensive fiat currency and it worths 3.30 Us Dollars in current exchange rate. There is actually a simple reason why it is the most valuable fiat currency lets take a look.

What is the Reason ?

Of course there is a tactic behind it , as you all know Kuwait is world's one of the biggest petrol producers and they sell it to entire world with one condition . What do you think about that condition ? You guessed it right. They say you can only buy my petrol with my own currency , we don't accept euro or dollars . What is potential buyers doing in this circumstances ? Obviously they buy millions of billions of Kuwaiti Dinar , therefore kuwaiti dinar stays in the country and they profit from their sales through foreign currency and with this method they also own a huge foreign currency rezerve , profit in both ways.

Some Informations about Kuwaiti Dinar

A bigger portion of the 1986 version of Kuwaiti Dinar got raided by Iraqian soldiers in the war happened in 1990 during the Kuwaitian Central Bank raid. After this incident Kuwait printed new series of these banknot in 1991 and they collected the older version from the market. However during the 90's there were rumors that all the money stolen during The Gulf War will enter the market at some point and reduce the value of currency. However it never happened and Kuwaiti Dinar stayed as a stable fiat Currency

Also after the war Kuwait Emirate contacted with Iraq goverment with the help of United Nations and asked for the stolen money and the answer was quite hilarious the Iraq with Saddam leadership answered " We spend it all , we only have some of it"

good information...really nice post..

good comment thank you

that is a smart way to protect the value of your money as the rest of the world buy crude oil in oil dollars, the question remains is for how long will the currency remain like this, the world is moving away from fossil fuel and this will affect their currency value

Obviously opec money will fade when we have no fossil fuels to use !

This is pretty cool... And it's not a secret anymore.. Sounds pretty fair too. Why hasn't Nigeria adopted this approach? 😟

I am currently doing 1 Republican Gold 1075 Turkish Liras :-)

good information

How is the Emir of Kuwait able to by-pass the petrodollar system without risking his health?
