This is important, so let me reiterate that the number 1 reason why most ventures fail is they don't have enough receipt or cash flow coming in to make up for ad spend, whether that is paid advertising, which cost money or free marketing that you pay for with long wait time. Either one you've got to be able to offset your advertisng costs to be successful.

Say you want to earn five thousand dollars ($5,000) from your online business, selling a twenty dollar ($20) product, you need to sell 250 or twenty dollars to make five thousand. On the other hand, if you were selling a hundred dollar ($100) product, you'd have to sell only fifty (50) to meet your $5,000 objective.

I say all this to illustrate two things; know your figures whether "you're supposed to" make five thousand ($5,000), ten thousand ($ 10,000) or one million dollars ($1,000,000), you need to know what it will take daily, weekly and monthly to reach your goal and secondly; if you don't have a product with a large enough income boost and profit margin then you'll have to work really hard to get a ton of customers to realize the income you can earn with exactly five people buying high ticket items.

That's the reason why so many fail building their businesses, by selling exclusively low priced products. There's also an added bonus to selling high ticket products. The buyer is better informed about the product. The differnce in selling a Rolls Royce or selling a Kia. The Kia buyer is looking to pay the least and it generally takes more work to close the deal when contrasted to the customer who has the money, has done his research and is ready to buy, making the sales process an easy win-win for the business owner and the customer.
