This is the history of digital video broadcating in the world, which affect video quality broadcast or stream over cables to every one.

The infograph shows why people need to change its equipments (satellite receivers, cable routers and TV stes) to watch higher video quality.

DVB, DVB-S ,DVB-C, DVB-S2, . . . . etc. are printed on devises' boxes to indicate to customers the digital video quality supported by that device.

So please make sure that you are purchasing the right digital video equipments and TV sets for certain digival video quality.
