This is a really useful article with some good advice. How much time have you spent in the places you mentioned (if you don't mind me asking)? And if you had to pick one place for a DN in SE Asia, what would it be?
I've been doing this for three years, so far. But before the digital nomad phase I backpacked through most of Southeast Asia on two 4 month trips and another 1 month trip. And before travelling I worked from home for about 10 years...
For my one place, can I pick an entire county? Probably Thailand. Good infrastructure, great food, beaches, mountains, culture, nightlife, zany crazy stuff.
We've been to Thailand and we loved it so much there. It's great to hear more positive feedback about working there remotely!
