suitable for 130-180 lbs women/men who wish to loose a few pounds

Chunk Light Tuna in Water -3 oz can (70 cal)
1 x tomato
1 x cucumber
1 x pepper

--------Morning Snack (150 cal)-----------

Yogurt, Yoplait Whips

Milky Way Fun Size/ Twix Fun Size/4 x Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Kisses

--------Lunch----------- (650 cal)

150 gr chicken breast/fish (200 cal)
white rice - 5 table spoons (150 cal)
1/2 avocado (250 cal)
1 x tomato
1 x cucumber
1 x pepper

--------Afternoon Snack (150 cal)-----------
esspresso
Milky Way Fun Size/ Twix Fun Size/4 x Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Kisses

--------Dinner----------- (250cal)
2 x Hard Boiled Eggs (200 cal)
1 x tomato
1 x cucumber
1 x pepper
