Hitting the rock bottom

Your lowest... Yeah I hit my rock bottom yesterday. It was after my stupid mistake. I never felt so disrespected and useless in my life. I always find writing helpful. I'm someone who keeps most of the stuff inside. Especially negative emotions such as anger, fury, "hate" (I know hate is a strong word...) and self-hate etc. And I know for sure that I have to express them verbally just like how I write my emotions. Anyways, I will never forget that moment and i hope I will be better in the future. I will think more and better...
