Speaking a little about everything we do daily in the training group, and why it's a completely therapeutic space, I can assure you that it goes beyond physical training, yoga, and stretching. It's not just about the group in general at all times, but also about the creative ideas of our trainers.
Their routines are often competitive, but above all, it's a competition among ourselves. How we overcome challenges based on our own daily goals.
We always have simple events, outings to natural places, toasts with coffee or tea, or impromptu breakfasts where we talk about many things. We also celebrate birthdays with a special meal that we all prepare together. We've managed to form a very solid group with a lot of positive energy, and for our daily routines at work and in our everyday lives, these moments of relaxation are invaluable.
