My parents are two people carved out of crème cheese

I read that and thought, wow, what a gnarly line, and then I read further. Hell of a story, man. I was in the prose category in high school speech/forensics, and that was a dark place. What sucks majorly is that shit like this is real, too. Hopefully one day, child abuse won't be stigmatized and we can break the cycle. Damn.
