Nope. The posts were all cross-posted to Steem, so it's kind of a text backup, but I would have to manually and individually restore each post, and re-configure everything. It would take a while, to say the least.
have a look at this https://steemit.com/steemdev/@holger80/store-all-posts-from-an-author-in-markdown-files which might save you much of the manual effort.

I was using Steempress just for the votes, though. If it looked pretty, that was an unavoidable side effect. 😍
