Almonds are one of my favorites, I got type 2, and these help a lot. Also sunflower seeds are awesome as well. I get a 1 lb bag shelled unsalted from Trader Joes for $2.00 , best deal ever on Sunflower Seeds. Their Almond prices are decent too!
