Review of a DEX (Decentralized exchange)OpenLedger.io based on BitShares blockchain

in #dex7 years ago

I am a big fan of decentralization, but truth is I wasn't really looking for a DEX (decentralized exchange), it found me instead...I was collecting rewards on traffic exchange called 4BC(now a news site), when they suddenly stopped service and the only way to get rewards was via OpenLdeger, I haven't been able to sell most of those weird coins, but exchange itself has earned my respect.

Here are the top base markets, but if you dig deep you will find out you could possibly trade any listed asset directly for another, like for example, SBD for Litecoin:
https://openledger.io/market/OPEN.LTC_OPEN.SBD
or DOGE
https://openledger.io/market/OPEN.DOGE_OPEN.SBD
Volume on most markets is low, but if you search, you can often get good deals.
Withdrawal fees are as low as they get, basically equal to network fees + tiny amount of BitShares. All trading fees are also paid in BitShares, 0.000 something of it :D
Deposits are almost instant, no other exchange I have used can compare with this...Good for arbitrage!

The only bad part is the fact direct STEEM and SBD withdrawals deposits are often unavailable, and I have no idea why...
Like if you like and steem on!
