Steemit suggestion, "tag" other's posts to keep Steemit cleaned up!

I can't say I have been on on the Steemit platform for very long, but what I can say is I am thoroughly enjoying this new experience. As we see the Steemit community rapidly grow, so does the number of content that is being posted. With the amount of content that is blogged, a lot of it may not be appropriately tagged, or there may be times that someone will view a post as relevant to something it's not currently tagged with.
(ie, a picture of a beautiful flower can be tagged "nature", but may not be tagged in "photography", so by adding a suggest tag to include "photography" can be an option. )
A way I could see this be introduced is by making it similar to the flag command, and with additional upvotes to approve (or not approve) the suggested tag. The owner can mark the suggestion as approved or not, or if there is no activity by the owner, with enough upvote support, it can be included as a soft suggested tag. This can be beneficial to the organization of Steemit, while allowing the community to grow and keep itself cleaned up. (Cough cough, @ned @dan)

Users retagging with upvotes to make it stick is a good idea. It might take a % of the curation reward to get people to start doing it though.
Lets see if it works : Things like this are usually dropped in #steemit-ideas and #steemit. (Edit: This post does not come up in those categories after adding those tags, so it does need to be implemented)
This post should use tag steemit-ideas. But it is not even shown with filter. And another ideas: fix "follow" button (where are those, whom i followed?), make "bookmarks" tab, and so on.
Thanks for that suggestion, I added the tag. A lot of this may be cosmetic, but it may actually help out a lot for the future of Steemit.
