I've used jQuery for many years and lean on it all the time. :)

    I utterly detest jQuery.
    I haven't looked at it in years, but I assume it's still as dirty as it used to be and people still abuse it, where the same effect could be achieved cleaner with vanilla javascript or well-designed frameworks.
