Human Development is the development of the people, by the people and for the people. Development of people means investing in human capabilities whether in education or health or skill. So, they can work productively and creatively. Development for the people means ensuring that the economic growth they generate is to distributed widely and family. Development by the people is giving everyone a chance to participate.
