Petrol is for the big men diesel, hmmm only for the big companies to run their generators we beg the nepa men anytime we have problems with our transformers. At times we don't have lights for months because the transformer is bad but we still get our bills for electricity not consumed I can go on and on. Same for the railway We should be classified as under developed country
