Ethics first or no development.
To be precise, it is not the "war on terror" but the war driven by multi-million dollar contracts with media production companies willing to promote fear of the targeted culture or nation. The indulgent are on medication, alcohol or other consciousness altering substances ..most of all, they are on terror. They take the easy money for doing to others what they cannot imagine having to suffer. Physics has rules which can reliably be observed, for every action of one exists a reaction in the other.
Terror and easy money in exchange for complacency ..the most problematic epidemic in North American history.
Due to infiltration, Canada is now credited with the most dishonourable manoeuvre in military history. The outnumbered, outgunned and long persecuted defender was killed, from three kilometers away.
They are not the Black Watch, that is certain. WWII snipers were liberating rather than oppressing as modern forces do.
..because they were too desperate, lethargic and complacent to not join the North American terror bandwagon. Now they would like to retire with pensions and an unhealthy conscience.
The NSA also have 30,000 troops, on the disinformation and exploitation of North Americans (my generation's war). The correlation with the past is in some cases remarkable.
Better logic and ethics, millions capable of independent thought ..recovery of the misled, restoration of liberty. The offenders will need to step behind the line they have been paid to cross and deny.
They cannot setup shop where the logic shells can land, they have to find new gun emplacements (better logic).
Notes: I am preparing Dim Sum again. My challenge, describe a balanced sauce.
Not sure how much was used, I look at the total quantity then add spices in amounts that will not create a flavour peak.

Lightly aged chili oil concentrate. The oil contains dry crushed and powdered chilis. Fresh red scotch bonnet hot peppers (fresh capsaicinoids). Three heads of garlic and one whole ginger root.
The concentrated chili oil is diluted with soy sauce, water, oil and tamarina sauce for some sweetness.
A Sri Lankan style black curry is incorporated with chili oil in this case.
A very flavorful "meatyness" is imparted by the black curry. Most of the dishes have been vegan rather than vegetarian. The exception in my situation, bifidobacterium containing yogurt.
Vegan foodstuffs: Beans, rice, oats, coconut milk and many phyto-therapeutics (spices).
