En du jaroj Deutsche Bank, la plej granda germana monoinstitucio kaj mondgrava financaganto, festos sian 150-an naskiĝtagon- se ĝi tiam ankoraŭ ekzistos.

Deutsche Bank estis fondita en Berlino en 1870 kiel specialista banko por eksterlanda komerco. Hodiaŭ ĝi estas unu el la plej grandaj bankoj tutmonde kun pli ol 100,000 dungitoj en pli ol 70 landoj. Ĝiaj imponaj ĝemelaj turoj en Frankfurto estas simbolo de grandeco kaj povo. Tamen dum kelkaj jaroj la banko troviĝas en tre serioza firmkrizo. Post multaj jaroj de financa malpliiĝo, la nova ĉefo Christian Sewing volas inversigi la malplaĉan situacion. La ideo estas, ke la banko estos rapide restrukturata. La banko denove volas pli fokusi je la germana merkato kaj malpli je la usona. Tio ja ankaŭ signifas redukton de investo-bankagado. En la pasintaj jaroj la banko perdis grandegajn sumojn per dubindaj agadoj en tiu financa kampo. La deficito de la banko nun sumas al duona miliardo da eŭroj.
Kia do estas la plano por ke la banko denove skribas nigrajn nombrojn? Grandega restrukturado, por kiu estas bezonata 800 milionoj da eŭroj. Sendepende de granda deficito de la banko ankaŭ ĉi-jare estas kalkulita bonusoj de pli ol 2 miliardo da eŭroj. Ĉu tio ne estas stranga afero? Jam dum multaj jaroj Deutsche Bank brilas per grandaj skandaloj, internaciaj financpunoj kaj fiekonomio, sed ĝia kolegaro estas grandskale rekompensata, kvazaŭ ĝi antaŭenigis la entreprenon. Verŝajne tio estas sorto de lasta provo por instigi la bankistojn iel savi la entreprenon.
Deutsch Bank is in deep troubles and these will affect the whole world soon!

Look at Binance, which made more money in the 1st quarter of 2018, than the 148 year old Deutsche Bank. Binance with 100 employees out performed Deutsche Bank with over 100,000 employees!

Actually I don't know many people who are in it. It is still a bit complicate and all that unpleasant voting staff... but here are a lot of Germans, even with their mother tongue. I prefer for some reason to write in Esperanto. It is fun!
