INGWER, HALBE ZITRONE, EIN TEELÖFFEL HONIG und vieeel Kaffee.
Sorry für den kurzen Post, aber ich bin absoluter Impfgegner.
Gegen ne ordentliche Erkältung hilft eben nur mein nicht mehr so geheimer Tipp.
Ne Erkältung dauert mit Medikamente 7 Tage, ohne ,eine Woche.
