Lighthouse and sunset on Sri Lanka - Leuchtturm und Abendrot auf Sri Lanka

I think everyone who has been to Sri Lanka once comes to the lighthouse in the village of Galle. There stands the famous lighthouse, which was built by the Dutch at that time. It still stands today, but it has been renovated again.

I think it's very beautiful, even if you might have seen enough of it soon. The palm trees blow in balance in the wind from the coast and thus convey something special. In the evening, when the sunrays hit the tower and the surroundings, it becomes very beautiful. Everything dips into such a beautiful play of colours, which one does not meet every day.

Ich glaube, jeder der einmal auf Sri Lanka war, der kommt zum Leuchtturm im Ort Galle. Dort steht der berühmte Leuchtturm, welcher damals von den Holländern gebaut wurde. Bis heute steht er noch, allerdings wurde er wieder renoviert.

Ich finde ihn sehr schön, auch wenn man sich vielleicht schnell daran satt gesehen hat. Die Palmen wehen im Wind von der Küste her im Gleichgewicht und vermitteln so etwas Besonderes. Am Abend, als dann die Sonnenstrahlen auf den Turm und und die Umgebung treffen, wird es sehr schön. Alles taucht in so ein schönes Farbenspiel ein, welches man nicht alle Tage antrifft.
