In Sri Lanka I found it really interesting how the students painted the walls of the schools. At that time I had already posted a school with the paintings. Now I have found these pictures in the archive, where I haven't posted yet.

I find such paintings by the students much more beautiful (even if they are not professional painters) than the normal grey walls, which are often so sad to see in schools. In my opinion it is not always advantageous to build and keep everything modern, cold and sterile. It's more or less a fashion. We humans are living beings that come from nature. Nature is not sterile, nature is not cold and angular. Therefore such paintings are much better to me than a wall, which comes only grey or with some stupid graphite of unrecognizable pictures. With slogans you can give yourself away and do our offspring no good..... However, there are also good graffiti.

Auf Sri Lanka fande ich es wirklich interressant, wie bei den Schulen die Schüler die Mauern bemalt haben. Eine Schule mit den Malereien hatte ich damals schon gepostet. Jetzt habe ich diese Bilder Bilder im Archiv noch gefunden, wo ich bisher nicht gepostet habe.

Ich finde so solche Malerien von den Schülern viel schöner ( auch wenn es keine Profi Maler sind ) als die normalen grauen Mauern, die oft so trist bei den Schulen zu sehen sind. Es ist in meinen Augen nicht immer vorteilhaft alles Modern, Kalt und Steril zu bauen und zu halten. Das ist mehr oder weniger eher eine Mode. Wir Menschen sind Lebewesen, die von der Natur kommen. Die Natur ist nicht steril, die Natur ist nicht kalt und eckig. Daher sind solche Malereien mir viel lieber als eine Mauer, die nur Grau oder mit irgendwelchen blöden Grafiti von unerkenntlichen Bildern daher kommt. Mit Sprüchen, die man sich schenken kann und unserem Nachwuchs nicht gut tun.... Es gibt allerdings auch gute Grafitti.
