I have never been shy to travel with my children. My daughter vomits during each flight, and she is 11 years old. My son is fine, but when he was younger, he also had a motion-sickness issue.
One piece of advise for traveling with children who can walk, always have several changes of clothes on hand. And, during long flights, they need to keep hydrated and active. Nowadays, inflight entertainment is a God-sent!
You are absolutely right. It is very important to walk with the kids inside the airplane. So they can move and be fine. No movement is bad for everyone. The mind get aggressive and so children don't know what to do. Thanks for your great comment
