OmiseGo (OMG):
OmiseGo is a cryptocurrency that was founded in 2013 and operates in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Japan. The goal is to simplify the coordination between payment processors, gateway and financial institutions. It will inform and advise on financial decisions. This information such as their own deposits, real estate, account balances and more. The network of OMG, allows international transfers, but can also trade with Fiat money and other cryptocurrencies. It can also be described as a decentralized payment network.

My opinion:
OmiseGo has a lot of similarities to Ripple, but it must be noted that OMG is a punlic permissonless ledger. This means that the blockchain is decentralized and works in public. In the long term, OMG could play a big role in the networks that can be set in motion by transactions on other blockchains.

Man hat das Ziel die Koordination zwischen Zahlungsprozessoren, Gateway und finanziellen Institutionen vereinfachen. Es werden Informationen aus und berät bei finanziellen Entscheidungen. Dabei werden Informationen wie die eigenen Depots, Immobilien, Kontostände und weiteres. Das Netzwerk von OMG, ermöglicht es internationale Überweisungen, aber auch mit dem Fiat-Geld und andere Kryptowährungen handeln kann. Man kann es auch als ein dezentrales Zahlungsnetzwerk bezeichnen.

Meine Meinung:
OmiseGo hat große Ähnlichkeiten zu Ripple, allerdings muss man unterscheiden, dass OMG ein punlic permissonless ledger ist. Das bedeutet, dass die Blockchain dezentral ist und öffentlich funktioniert . Langfristig könnte OMG eine große Rolle spielen bei den Netzwerken, dass durch Transaktionen auf anderen Blockchains ins Rollen gebracht werden können.
