It has become increasingly evident that, in contemporary society, individuals seek peace of mind, which can often be found through spiritual connection with a higher power. People frequently engage in various mistakes throughout their daily lives, and during periods of suffering—whether physical or psychological—they often seek medical assistance and reflect on the presence of a supreme being.

In the interest of promoting good health, I would like to reference a teaching attributed to Lord Krishna. It is believed that reciting this teaching eleven times before departing from one’s home may provide protection against premature death.
