Since there is some ironic humor in it, it will be difficult to translate. This kind of humor usually does not function in another language using direct translation. The content in this case is more fun than important information... even though the title contains the word "Wahlkampf" which means pre-election campaign. In Germany they have national elections on September 24.
Every article and language has its own taste of literature and humor.
