Sour dough - starting from scratch, day 3 / Neubeginn eines Sauerteigs, Tag 3
This evening I noticed some small bubbles i the sour dough prior to "feeding" it - it seems there's devlopment into the right direction ;)
Als ich vor einige Stunden nach nach meinem Sauerteigansatz schaute waren dort ein paar Bläschen zu sehen - ich denke es geht voran!
