100 DAYS OF STEEM : Day 18 - Weekly Writing Challenge #3 - Mein Lieblingsessen - My Favorite Meal
Ja wie man gut erkennen kann ist mein Lieblingsessen das "T-Bone Steak" Medium gebraten mit Kräuterbutter und Kroketten oder Pommes und einen guten mediterranen Salat.
Ich esse diese Steak nur einmal im Jahr am Tag vor Heilig Abend den 23.12. Wenn ich daran denke läuft mir schon wieder das Wasser im Mund zusammen. Essen gehen wir da immer ins "Block House"
Das ist das sogenannte Familientreffen und die Vorfreude auf das Fest. Wir kommen auf ca 16 Personen und 3 Kinder zwischen 3 und 6 Jahren. Es ist wunderbar, wenn wir alle zusammen sind und das ist der erste Tag. Heilig Abend und den 1. Weihnachtstag sind wir ja auch noch alle zusammen. Die Familienmitglieder kommen aus London, aus dem Ruhrgebiet aus Gütersloh und natürlich auch aus Hamburg. Es ist die schönste Zeit für mich und für die Kinder im Jahr.
