I have certain doubts as to whether this will help. At least that was my experience from Blurt times, when a blacklist was activated. The Acc got a warning triangle where our reputation is. For an account that was closed, two new ones were created. Frustrating! A never-ending story...
Unfortunately, I don't have an effective remedy, just this much: take care of your energy.
And I have 648 accounts blocked from my alternative interface (which only I can see now) - which automatically filters out vote bot users, #krsuccess and some entire communities. And it's still difficult!
A few stopped posting but since most of it is code-generated spam which costs nothing to produce, it just keeps coming. Fortunately, my downvoting is now (optimally) automated too so it has simply become bot v. bot. Some still gets through but it's nice knowing that I've significantly reduced the rewards they're getting from their spammy activity.
