Ein kurzes Update zu der neuen Gesetzeslage für medizinisches Cannabis in Deutschland und weiterführende Veränderungen in Berlin.
1. Ein Freund von mir hat gestern seine ersten 2 Rezepte abgeholt. Er hat 3000 mg Dronabinol und 100 gr Blüten von verschiedenen Ärtzten verschrieben bekommen, Bevor er jedoch die Rezepte einlösen kann, muss er bei seiner Krankenkasse einen Kostenübernahmeantrag stellen. Man kann gespannt sein was seine Krankenkasse dazu meint.
2. Desweiteren plant die Rot-Rot-Grüne Regierung eine Abkehr von der Null- Tolernanz Politik. In der Null- Toleranz Politik wurden selbst kleinste Mengen Cannabis verfolgt und sie wurde eingeführt wegen der ausufernden Dealerei in Görlitzer Park. Bald sollen das Mitführen von bis zu 15 gr nicht einmal als Ordnugswidrigkeit bestraft werden. Die Opposition aus der CDU ist laut am Aufheulen. Letzes Jahr stand ein Coffe Shop Projekt am Görlitzer Park zur Diskussion mal schauen ob das bald weitergeht.

A brief update on the new legal situation for medical cannabis in Germany and further changes in Berlin.
1. A friend of mine yesterday picked up his first 2 recipes. He got a prescrition of 3000 mg of dronabinol and 100 gr of weed by 2 doctors, but before he can redeem the recipes, he has to submit a health insurance application. You can be curious what his health insurance company means.
2. Furthermore, the Red-Red-Green government is planning a move away from the zero tolerance policy. In the zero tolerance policy, even the smallest quantities of cannabis were traced and it was introduced because of the sprawling dealings in Görlitz Park. Soon the carrying of up to 15 gr is not even to be punished as an offense. The opposition from the CDU is loud crying. Last year there has been a coffee shop project at Görlitzer park disucsed, we will see if they will restart it.
The weed in Goerlitzer is the worst and expensive you can buy in Berlin! ;) 0 Toleranz to bad and expensive weed :D

Yes - legalize it.
Legalization is not the same thing as decriminalization. Certainly we are evolved enough to make transactions with a plant (cannabis) without getting force (the government) involved via legalization! haha :) or perhaps not?.... still a few centuries to go maybe?
If it its legal there is no need for decriminalization.
Do you actually can go to the doctor and ask for a prescription in Berlin? Really? I know about the law but...
Yes, since yesterday you can. Everywhere in germany.
My friend which I mentioned above got it for migraine and another for adhs.
Any doctor? And you can buy it in any apotheke too??? Ohhh paradise is coming to Germany ;)
Any normal doctor who is allowed to write a narcotic recipe. Only with that special recipe you will be able to buy it in any pharmacy.
