Falls du in Deutschland lebst und gesundheitliche Probleme hast welche mit Cannabis behandelt werden können, dann hab ich heute in meiner " Tipp- Reihe " einen wertvollen Hinweis für dich.
If you live in Germany and have health problems which can be treated with cannabis, then I have today in my "tip series" a valuable reference for you.
Der Krieg gegen Drogen geht dem Ende zu. Zumindest wurde gestern ein Meilenstein im deutschen Bundestag beschlossen. Ab März bekommen Kranke Zugang zu Cannabis und auch die Karnkenkasse muss innerhalb von drei Tagen reagieren. Bisher gibt es aufgrund von mdizinischem Notstand drei Menschen in Deutschland die seit 3 Monaten sogar Anbauen durften. Der Rest der bisher knapp 1000 Erlaubnisinhaber durfte sich für ca. 17 Euro pro Gramm selbst in der Apotheke kaufen.Dafür wurde eine Ausnahmegenehigung gebraucht und man konnte diese bei der Bundesopiumstelle beantragen bzw. mit ärztlichem Attest. Wer selbständig war konnte diese Kosten von der Steuer absetzten. Für normale Kranke war es wohl eher unbezahlbar.
The war on drugs is coming to an end. At least yesterday a milestone in the German Bundestag was decided. From march onwards, patients have access to cannabis and the health insurance have to respond within three days. So far there are three people in Germany who have been allowed to grow for three months due to a medical emergency. The remainder of the almost 1000 permit holders were allowed to buy themselves in the pharmacy for approx. 17 Euro per gram. For this, an exception license was needed and they could be applied for at the Bundesopiumstelle with a medical certificate. Who was self-employed was able to deduct these costs from the tax. For normal patients it was rather inexpensive.
Mit dem neuen Gesetz, dass am 19.1.2017 einstimmig angenommen worden ist, ist auch eine grundsätzliche Legalisierung wie in Tschechien oder Holland nicht mehr weit.
The new law, which was adopted unanimously on 19 January 2017, means that a basic legalization as in the Czech Republic or Holland is not far off.
Hier habe ich noch eine Aufnahme eines Patienten welcher irrtünmlich von seinem unwissenden Hausarzt als cannabisabhänig eingestuft wurde dabei ist er einfach schwer krank. Das Ganze nennt sich dann Cannabismus und ist abgeleitet von den klassischen Morphinisten. Viele Ärzte haben Cannabis noch gar nicht als Heilmittel verstanden und das obwohl zu Kaisers Zeiten die Apotheken fast nur aus Cannabisprodukten bestanden haben.

The whole is called cannabism and is derived from the classical morphinists. Many doctors have not yet understood cannabis as a cure, even though in the emperor's time the pharmacies almost consisted of cannabis products.
Cannabis war für die Pharma und die Chemieindustrie wie z.B. Du Pont ein riesen Gegner, den Cannabis heilt nicht nur sondern auch Hanf ist ein mehr als interessanter Rohstoff aus dem man Blätter, Kleidung und vieles mehr machen kann.
Cannabis was for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, e.g. Du Pont is a huge opponent, cannabis does not only heal but also hemp is a more than interesting raw material from which leaves, clothes and much more can be made.
Wusstes du dass ein Blatt Papier, welches aus Holz gemacht ist keine 100 Jahre lagerbar ist wäherend man Schiftrollen aus Hanf findet welche über 3000 Jahre alt sind?
Did you know that a sheet of paper made of wood can not be stored for 100 years while you can find hemp rollers which are over 3000 years old?

Nice post, and as usual Germany leads the way in a more open and progressive use of herbal medicine in the management of health. The historical demonizing of cannabis is largely the result of governmental need in the United States to keep prohibition era administrative bodies in business after the lifting of controls on alcoholic beverages. In essence the controls introduced on cannabis were an artifact of history.
