Hackescher Markt

Wenn du in Berlin bist dann solltest du unbedingt den Hackescher Markt und die Hackeschen Höfe besuchen. Wir beginnen heute an der S-Bahnstation Hackescher Markt und ich zeige dir die nächste Umgebung. Es ist hier sehr viel Gastronomie und auch die Spree ist hier gleich daneben. 

If you are in Berlin, you should definitely visit the Hackescher Markt and Hackesche Höfe. We start today at the S-Bahn station Hackescher Markt and I'll show you the next environment. It is here a lot of food and the Spree is right next to it. 

Zur Gastronomie kann man sagen dass sie im internationalen Vergleich immer noch super günstig ist. Es werden hier auch ein paar Restaurantreviews folgen damit du stressfrei weisst, wo du richtig lecker Essen kannst.

To the gastronomy one can say that it is in international comparison still super cheap. There will follow a few restaurant reviews that you know where you can eat here very delicious without any stress. 

Es gibt hier tolle Cafes und beispielsweise kannst du dich hier mit über 100 verscheidenen Frühstücksflocken stärken.

There are great cafes here and for example you can strengthen yourself with over 100 different breakfast ceralies.

Ich laufe erstmal in Richtung Monbijoupark.

Dabei komme ich am Diesterweg Denkmal aus dem Jahr 1990 vorbei. 

Diesterweg war ein liberaler Schulpolitiker dabei wandte er sich sowohl gegen einen starken kirchlichen als auch politischen Einfluss auf die Bildung. Er forderte eine pädagogisch-fachliche (und nicht mehr geistliche) Schulaufsicht und eine einheitliche Schulorganisation, das heißt, er wollte eine Professionalisierung des Lehrerstandes erreichen. 1850 wurde er aus dem Staatsdienst aus politischen Gründen in Ruhestand versetzt.  - Wikipedia

Diesterweg was a liberal school politician, he turned against a strong ecclesiastical as well as political influence on education. He demanded a pedagogical and professional (and no longer church orgaized ) school supervision and a uniform school organization, that is, he wanted to achieve a professionalization of the teacher's education. In 1850 he was retired from the state service for political reasons. - Wikipedia

Der Berliner Dom und die Museumsinsel. 

Es ist hier einfach wunderbar wie nahe eine Vielzahl von Sehenswürdigekiten zu finden sind.

It is here just wonderful how close to a variety of sightseeing landmarks are to be found.

Eine Bootsfahrt auf der Spree sollte man sich gönnen. 

A boat trip on the river Spree should be enjoyed.
