Here comes the recipe for my English speaking friends ♥

Prep time: 20 min
Portions: 2 glasses

Ingredients:

• 2 medium size potatoes
• 1 clove of garlic
• around ½ cup of water or plant milk
• pinch of salt
• 1 tsp of mustard if desired

Instructions:

1. Boil the potatoes until soft and let them cool off for a few minutes.
2. Blend them together with garlic, salt and some liquid until creamy.
3. Add liquid until the cream gets the desired consistency.
4. Store in the fridge and use up within 2 days.
