Mediteraner Pastateller / Mediterranean pasta plate à la @germansailor DE/EN

Da meine liebe Sabine durch ihre Arbeit oft nicht zu Hause ist (im Gegensatz zu mir), habe ich sie heute Abend mit einem mediteranen Abendessen überrascht. Es gab Pasta mit gedünstetem Fenchel, würzig gesottenen Muscheln und in Knoblauchbutter gebratenen Black-Tiger Garnelen. Dazu habe ich einen leichten Roséwein gereicht.
As my dear Sabine is often not at home with her work (as opposed to me), I surprised her with a Mediterranean dinner today. There was paste with steamed fennel, spicy boiled seashells and Black Tiger prawns fried in garlic butter. I was served with a light rosé wine.
