Sunday stand up paddlers

Whether on Lake Zurich, Lake Geneva or Lake Lucerne where there is water, there are stand up paddlers. Stand Up Paddling ist ein Trendsport geworden, auf einem Brett stehend bewegt man sich mittels Paddels vorwärts. Neben dem Erleben in der Natur steht der Sport selbst, das Balancegefühl und auch die überaus gesunde Wirkung auf den Körper im Vordergrund. Ist sowohl als Entspannung als auch als Sport zugleich beschrieben.
