If you're in the whitelist it will either accept it or deny and return the funds, there's no reason to have an encoded message right now as the vote on the account is tracked either way. :)

has a full list of the previously curated authors by the @ocd team, and some others we add in rounds after we allow them to nominate themselves or friends and we check that their account is according to our standards of being in the list.
At this time though we are not accepting new authors who write in other languages than english only as we'd have a difficult time checking for abusers/plagiarists/etc.

Ah, hehe we still do write a comment as well with info about the vote bot or where you can find more if you are interested. There's usually people hanging out on discord that can answer your questions, many being the curators of the team. :)
