Woah, I was actually considering Detroit for my annual list of places to live :) So thank you for that comprehensive analysis. How's blockchain related networking is doing there?
Blockchain related community is alive and well in Detroit. There are numerous meetups going on in Metro Detroit like Michigan Bitcoiners, Radically Self Reliant Crypto, Cryptokiddos, etc, etc. There are many bitcoin ATMs popping up in gas stations and convenience stores as well.
