Rose Lychee Cloud Cake
Satisfying my sweet tooth with dessert.
Went into this shop and there are a lots of choices of cakes. Can't make up my mind so enquire what was thier best seller.
They recommended this and a chocolate cake, not in a mood for chocolate so choosed this instead.
The sweetness is just right for me though my friend says its abit too sweet still. So it depends on individual. It has the sweet fresh smell of rose, lychees and strawberries. Soft and fluffy cake with strawberries, pieces of lychees and creams in between.😋😋

Lychee is a kind of fruit. Although i have only tried canned lychee never try fresh one yet. Its has a sweet smell and rhe canned one is "swimming" in sugar syrup. White colour flesh with seed in between but canned ones are usually with sees removed.
