Ohhh these bananas covered in chocolate sure look delicous
but did you know that these can actually be more healthy than unhealthy ?!

Sure this isn't the perfect thing you should eat when you want to avoid health problems
but i will show you how many good things are in this mix of foods :)

So firstly in bananas there is alot of potassium and fiber
Pottasium- supports blood pressure, bone strength, and muscle strength.
Also bananas help prevent Asthma, diabetes, and many dieseases

Benefits of eating chocolate.
The cacao in the chocolate helps your body keep and healthy good blood flow.
Also chocolate keeps your mood happy. so if you are sad this is perfect for you !
And did you know chocolate makes you eat less ?
Chocolate also keeps your skin safer from sunburns
that is because eating chocolate makes your skin literally thicker.

For those who want to try it out.
Here is an recipe i found online (but cmon it can't be that hard... just dip some banana in chocolate)

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips 1 small banana, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks

How to make:

Place chocolate chips in a heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag or small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 1 minute or until chocolate melts. Dip banana pieces in chocolate.
