This is a quote that actually expresses a lot of hope to me. It just boosts my spirit and makes me feel encouraged to fight on. Do you know why?

You might feel as if your day has been a mess. You might also consider your entire life a piece of junk. Everything might be lost and feel like big despair. But, what is your hope?

What you have experienced so far is a part of your past. Do you know what remains? The future! And what does that mean? You have the power to bring forth change in your life and you have the power to bring forth new things. Today is a new day and tomorrow is a new day. Why don't you decide that change is here, and it is going to stay. You might feel lost due to your past, but take the future of your life into your own hands and get ready for change.

God is with you, and he is the most important factor. Start by giving him your life, trust him, ask him for help, go for a run, and get your energy running through your body!
