Desire(New Altcoin) MasterNode Setup

Hello altcoin fans, today i want to post about Desire, New Alternative coin that has really good potential, in this post i will teach you how to setup a masternode server.

To set up masternode server you will need 1000x Desire(DSR) coins atm its really cheap 0.2$

You can buy on these exchanges

  1. https://coinsmarkets.com/
  2. https://mercatox.com/
  3. https://stocks.exchange/

You can get latest desire wallet from github or desire website

  1. https://github.com/lazyboozer/Desire/releases/
  2. http://www.desire-crypto.com/downloads

Send 1000 DSR to your address and wait for 15 network confirmations.

Open Tools > Debug Console

In Console type:
masternode genkey

Save result, this is your masternode private key for the first address of your wallet.

Open up Tools > Open Wallet Configuration File. (With notepad or any other text editor, Notepad++ or Atom)

paste following in configuration file:
masternode=1
masternodeprivkey=Masternodeprivatekeyhere
externalip=YourExternalIPAddressHere

Save File.

Restart wallet

open Tools > Debug Console

In the Console enter:
masternode start

Masternode successfully started!...

    Thanks for this tutorial. I have a problem in the last step, when I write in console masternode start, the console says it:

    Not capable masternode: Could not connect to X.XXX.XXX.XX:9919

    I have this port opened in my router, TCP and UDP, and the computer too, do you know what is the problem?

      Add in config
      externalip=yournodeip:9919
      save and restart wallet

        I exactly did that but I have this message :

        Not capable masternode: Masternode not in masternode list

        Is ti normal you don't use the masternod.conf? with the "masternode outputs" command ? I had to use it for Coinonatx masternode.

          I have this message when open the wallet ... any idea?
          My config is like :

          masternode=1
          masternodeprivkey=AyaTmdPSGqoEKYeSKucUjgAyaTmdPSGqoEK
          externalip=82.224.92.149:9919
