I think we're so results focused these days and the measurement is money that we forget why we got jobs in the first place as a means to fund our passsions and follow our passions, its now just a endless slave wage and its the easiest way to destroy passion.

I think we need to forgive ourselves but also start to actively make changes and have the system work for us, not us work for the system
